Network Foundations’ ongoing mission is to develop computing environments that deliver technology to businesses as a utility. We address your computing needs with a delivery model similar to the way in which you receive phone and electric service in your home or office. We accomplish this by offering our professionally maintained datacenter resources at a fixed monthly cost.

Our solution is distinguishable from a traditional Application Hosting Provider (ASP/ISP) because we do not share applications. We use virtualization to carve hardware resources from our datacenter, and build our clients their own private network and server infrastructure. Hardware virtualization allows us to create the exact computing environment our clients would have if they built it themselves.

Network Foundations’ solutions give customers an advantage by delivering a computing environment with a utility price model. There are no up front capital costs or long-term contracts – just a single monthly fee for computing resources and full support.

Network Foundations offers two types of solutions: Product Solutions and Support Solutions. Product solutions provide our clients with various fixed-price computing resources based on their individual needs. Stage 1: Assessment

The Baseline

During the Assessment stage, we define your computing requirements to establish the “Baseline.” The Baseline is the level of service that must be achieved for the computing environment to support your business' needs. Next, we identify those areas where the current state doesn’t meet the Baseline. This is known as the Gap. Once we fully understand your Baseline and define the Gap, we propose a migration plan with the right solution to create a managed computing environment using a fixed-cost utility model.

Stage 2: Standardization

Bridging The Gap

If a Gap has been defined between your current computing environment and desired Baseline (typically due to preexisting infrastructure), this stage is used to “Bridge the Gap.” During the Standardization stage, our subject matter experts and engineering team bring your computing environment to the desired Baseline.

Stage 3: Integration

Transition to Utility

During the Integration stage, we begin the transition to a fixed-cost utility model by integrating our product-based solutions, vSERVER and vOFFICE, as recommended during the Assessment.

Stage 4: Management

Consistent Performance

In the final stage of our approach, we deploy our support solutions, vSUPPORT, and/or vTEAM, to provide ongoing management and support of the computing environment. Both support solutions use a fixed-fee model based on the number of managed devices or managed resources employed. The end result is a performance-based, stable and consistent computing environment.
